As your therapist, I draw on a variety of therapies to tailor an approach to your circumstances, preferences, and goals. Some of the modalities we'll likely use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and humanistic and existential perspectives.

With a Master’s degree and six years of experience, I’ve supported people across BC and Canada who felt just like you: anxious, restless, or stuck. Together, we’ll move toward real change—at a pace that's right for you.
